Salsa Studio 8 is starting new Shine classes for both Beginners and Intermediate this Sunday 14th of August!
Salsa Shine (or solo work) will help you understand and interpret music and develop not only posture, balance and confidence, but also body expression, musicality and coreographic memory. Shine classes will also allow you to improve your footwork and styling to be used in solo and partner dancing.
Shine classes will run for 30 minutes starting at 7.15pm this Sunday at Sirens restaurant.
